1. Description of Service

THEMIS is an AI-powered communication assistant that screens inbound calls and text messages, sends appointment confirmations and schedule reminders, and facilitates communication between callers and the THEMIS account holder. THEMIS operates on behalf of On Spot Solutions LLC and its principals.

THEMIS uses artificial intelligence to process and respond to communications. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate. For urgent matters, we recommend direct follow-up with the account holder.

2. SMS and MMS Messaging Program

By texting or calling the THEMIS number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages related to your inquiry. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opting out is immediate and automatic.

We do not use this messaging program for unsolicited marketing. Messages are sent only in response to inbound contact or for appointment-related communications.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use THEMIS to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws

4. AI-Generated Responses

THEMIS uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or misunderstandings. THEMIS is an assistant, not a substitute for direct human communication on critical matters.

Appointment confirmations and scheduling information provided by THEMIS should be verified directly with On Spot Solutions LLC for time-sensitive matters.

5. Intellectual Property

THEMIS, including its name, branding, software, and content, is the intellectual property of On Spot Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THEMIS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be perfectly accurate. Use of THEMIS is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

On Spot Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use THEMIS, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated information.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of THEMIS shall not exceed $100.

8. Privacy

Your use of THEMIS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of THEMIS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
