• Device Information: General location data (city/state level) associated with your phone number, carrier information.

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or government-issued identification numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Screen and route inbound calls and text messages on behalf of the account holder
• Send appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, and scheduling-related messages
• Provide call summaries and message logs to the THEMIS account holder
• Respond to your inquiries and connect you with the appropriate party
• Improve the accuracy and performance of the THEMIS AI system
• Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS and MMS Messaging

By texting or calling the THEMIS phone number, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages in response to your inquiry. You may also opt in to receive text updates through the web form at imthemis.com/messaging, where consent is collected via an explicit checkbox at the point your mobile number is provided. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To request help, reply HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors that support the service (described in Section 4) is permitted. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Twilio (telephony), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database), and other technology providers to operate THEMIS. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Account Holder: Call summaries, message content, and contact information are shared with the THEMIS account holder (the person whose calls and messages you are contacting).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain communication records for a period of 90 days by default. Call recordings are not stored — only transcripts and summaries. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

8. Children's Privacy

THEMIS is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
